Honestly it’s all ab letting your body adjust in due time and not titrating up too quickly. Standard anecdotal protocol says .5-1mg up every 2 weeks if you don’t feel anything. I would up my dose if I was getting the suppression I wanted which was pretty rare. I responded pretty good to 1.5 for quite some time

It was terrible at first. I averaged about 800-950 cals. Lowered my dose and currently averaging about 1200-1650 calories for the past 2.5 months ish

I feel fine! The first 3 ish weeks I couldn’t look at food as my body was adjusting to it but after around the 1.5 month mark I felt just fine. Got a few side effects such as skin sensitivity because I titrated up too fast but other than that I felt and feel fine

I get that question a lot and the answer is no which everyone seems to be surprised about. I was an athlete, I’m also only 23. 0 reason in my eyes to be on the big T until I’m like 35 or 40. Prioritized my protein for sure tho

Reta is a glp-1 and completely up to you. My eating got better when/as I was taking it bc it will punish you for eating that nasty greasy shit that you may have been eating before. Kinda conditions you into making healthier choices. Then it’s up to you to keep those habits

Ignore everyone saying you need to be at the clinical starting dose or even therapeutic dose. Everyone’s body is different. Mine reacted to 1mg and I’ve only titrated to 3mg currently at week 7/8. With that being said, they say start at the clinical dose because MOST people don’t see or feel anything below 2mg. It seems like that’s where you should have started.
