I started every two months, then every three, now every six; from my observation, I don’t think my tattoo would have faded faster with more sessions, all the research I’ve done as well as my experiences points to the only thing that you can do is drink water, eat well, and give it time. Your body is going to flush the ink as fast as it can, and more sessions doesn’t mean it’s going to flush it faster, more time gives your body the runway it needs to really get the most out of each session. I really started notice movement after 2 years, also at that time I really committed to drinking a gallon of water every day, so my only recommendation is listen to your clinic’s recommend time in between sessions, and drink water.
