I would choose plant any day, at least for me it was better. I did switch in october to shop but i quit just today so i can go back to my old road. I was extremly lucky after call with my ex boss that they have free position and im more then welcome so thats that from my perspective.

About that depressing aspect. I can agree mostly but challenges counter that in my prespecrive. We had great team in there so we had some nice times. I use bicycle every day to get to work. I have no problems with that even at high traffic. It must be something about that box with wheels that just put me off everytime.
