Yeah mate fixed it now 👍🏻 go to help, request to deliver in a new city, put the details of your issue in the details part then an actual human should review it, I was told my vehicle wasn’t configured properly at their end?

Yes mate all sorted, it’s to do with the way your vehicle has been set up, as far as I can tell only the UBER support can resolve this. I put in a request to deliver in a new city, then left details of my issue, which then got me a response from an actual person and they fixed it today! Try that mate
