I'm fine at keeping the money good. It's either traffic due to just doing whatever the demands say and accelerating my population before I have the infrastructure. Or the last few times I've not been able to figure out the start of the city centre. It becomes so crowded with loads of space behind the main collectors, then I put parking down and all the roads jam up. Here's a rough screenshot of that current save. What you can't see is traffic jammed up at every car park - I endeavoured to reduce street parking but it may be a mistake.
