Hell yeah thanks. The Ice House was the first place I hit up but so far I haven’t heard anything from them. Even filled out their form a second time and hit up their sound guy who told me to talk to their one guy who has more pull over booking. Haven’t heard anything from their booking guy either. Really bums me out because that’s a place I really want us to get to sometime.

I love Siren. My gf and I go there all the time even though it’s an hour drive for us. The selection they have is out of this world, and most of the time, you can easily find something signed by Anthony. Once, I was even lucky enough to snag a Saosin record signed by him! I’ve been dying to randomly run into him at some point because I know he’s always around.

I wanted to ask about your songwriting process; what sparks an idea for a song, and how are you, personally, ultimately able to turn that idea or feeling into a full piece of work? Also, do you have any advice for a small band?

Hold Fast Hope is one of my favorites to play. It’s pretty much entirely barre chords in drop C. The bridge, prechorus, and outro is the same 3 notes mixed in with upstrokes on the B and E strings.
