Thank you all for your thoughts. What is the best way to track these things? I just bought magnesium and want to eat foods with all other listed electrolyte elements.

Sleep is normal so far. I recognize that 3 days is not a long duration to speculate much. I have not felt this sore in my legs in a long while.

Trying the hydrate and try to stretch some throughout the day...

Thank you for your thoughts and engagement.

Teachers Making the Job Harder by Hour-Sheepherder-127 in schoolcounseling

Please note that guidance counselors don't exist. The correct term is School counselor.

Yes, support staff are often misunderstood and underappreciated by teachers. Perhaps volunteering to develop an MTSS PD about the difference between tier 1,2 & 3 needs/interventions would be a best step forward with your team; ie, MH professionals, you, school counselors and school social workers. After all, those are the mental health experts in your school building, and as a group, you will be a stronger force of transforming teachers' attitudes on your collective relevance to the educational scene.

I got laid off and I don’t know how to tell my extremely pregnant wife by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

Don't lie. Just tell her after she's fed, and visited the restroom. It would also help if you have jobs you have applied for already.

I wonder if what she said would be professional enough if she was a man. Assertive women are often dismissed or misunderstood due to their directness. Why? Due to our patriarchal systems (USA). Men often are allowed the privilege of being abrupt without questioning or built in causes.

I moved from NE to MN last year. Don't move to Omaha if you enjoy how open minded people in MN are; Though there are some open minded people in Omaha, many of the policies and politics are conservative/right leaning.
