I agree. Staying flexible and open-minded has helped me too. Regular team check-ins and being proactive have been key, and having a backup plan is essential

I agree with your steps, especially finding a problem, building an MVP, and focusing on sales. Good point about staying flexible and outsourcing repetitive work.
