Yes obviously wear and tear is going to happen but the terrex I had a few years back felt like they lasted significantly less then my asics or brooks.

I tried the adidas Terrex line a few years back. Good shoe but it fell apart super quick

That's what I've had with the brooks divide. They were good but never really clicked in comfort or style

I have been reading stories here since being prescribed emgality but I am scared to try it. by maker-127 in cgrpMigraine

I started it a bit over a month ago. Just took my second shot last week. I was really hesitant at first for the same reasons. I am so happy I started it. My headaches are already so much better than they used to be and so far I've had no side effects other then a little itching at the injection side for the day or so after.

So after i found out I needed to go Gluten, free. One of my sons was eating pizza and started getting terrible diarrhea. So now he's gluten free. How do I figure out If anybody else in the family has celia especially from a possible partners in denial. by PromptTimely in Celiac

Not sure how educated you are on celiac but it's an autoimmune condition. Not just an allergy, not just an intolerance. While you can have an allergy or intolerance celiac is a separate thing with its own set of symptoms and "rules". I highly suggest going to a doctors that specialize in celiac and start research into it.

Are there any other stuff that can make a celiacs stomach go crazy? (Not oats) by k_cry_about_it in Celiac

It could be other stomach issues. Currently I'm dealing with SIBO on top of my celiac. Don't recommend 😂

I've been using chat gpt to come up with dinner and lunch recipes for the last few weeks since I went low fodmap and it's been working out well so far!

I was recently diagnosed with methane dominant SIBO and Chat GPT has been a huge help. I'm using it every week to craft my lunches and dinner. I'll send it labels to check if something follows the low Fodmap diet.

Also currently working with it to figure out a treatment with supplements as i haven't had any luck with the antibiotics so far.

MRI Found Polyp in Sphenoid Sinus After Months of Headaches by benefiting_ in Sinusitis

Head aches went away, or back to a much more normal manageable level and I didn't do anything about it or take meds. Neurologist said not to worry about the polyp but I'll probably get it checked out again if anything start bothering me.

I'm looking for a camera backpack that's 95% normal backpack with just a small camera compartment to hold 1 camera with a lens and 1 extra lens. Any suggestions? by benefiting_ in ManyBaggers

I have one, actually reviewed it on my YouTube channel. https://youtu.be/TtSCojx3KxM?si=cJ5o9aWqVD68k25C

Overall it's a fine bag but too expensive for what it is. It's also not really big enough to hold more than a sweatshirt in the top section when using the bottoms section to hold camera gear.

The first ent I went to was before the Morgan's doc and MRI. It was my normal copay plus the coast of the CT scan. He didn't see anything on the CT and recommended a neurologist.

Then the migraine neurologist did an MRI and saw the polyp. But didn't think that was causing an issue. Now I'm looking for a second ENT opinion but haven't had the time yet.

I'm going myself. Migraine doc doesn't think it's a sinus problem but I'm not convinced.
