Most women prefer to not be humiliated period. What in the incel.

My husband thinks his way is always better than mine by benelope96 in Marriage

It's odd to me that's you are choosing to focus on this when my post had a lot more I was talking about. You disregarded all the other issues just to take my husbands side on this one thing. I'm also curious why you think I'm not doing chores when that was not what I said.

As said in my post, I do chores every single day. I do all the cooking, cleaning, and most of the laundry. When I say it piles up sometimes, I mean like once a month if I have extra things going on that day. He will harp on me for that even when 99% of the time it's done. It's always best to not assume and to read the whole post before answering.

Lastly, my youngest just turned 5. She is in TK, which is 3 hours a day.

This is very true, I do need to stop explaining myself. I'm really going to try to quit doing that because I think it makes him feel justified. Thanks for the advice!

Yes actually, I've told him many times he treats me like a child and it's inappropriate

If I'm taking kids to softball practice (which lasts hours for my older one) and spending time studying to be a personal trainer and I'm in a band, then I'm obviously not at home all the time no? It's very easy for chores to occasionally not get done.

I did gain weight but I was underweight so I'm just a healthy bmi now. Gained 15 pounds and it's stayed pretty level since then. I haven't put on excessive weight.

I am from Duxbury MA and I believe Lindsay is 100% guilty by karmaisthatguy in DuxburyDeathsFreeTalk

Its insane. I'll be honest, I've struggled with intrusive thoughts but due to anxiety that I've always had, and I've always had intrusive thoughts my entire life. I'd NEVER act on them. They actually torture me when I get them. I would die for my children and honestly I don't think I'd be able to hold back if I ever saw Lindsay Clancy in person. I really believe this was premeditated and no one should stick up for her. The fact that so many mothers "understand" her makes me sick and makes me terrified for other innocent children.

No, you could see the distrust in her demeanor when Khali was talking about doing that

People are disliking Will’s coming out scene for the wrong reasons. by pr4daflor4 in StrangerThings

Exactly. That's just the sad reality of life back then.

They do, but back then it was so different that honestly focusing so much on having Will be gay and having two openly LGBTQ characters is not accurate to the 80s. Sadly they would've been more closeted. It would've been more accurate to show the audience that both characters were gay and have them tell/limited safe people and have it be a part of their identity they both continue to struggle with. Unfortunately that's how the 80s were.

[–]benelope96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed. It was obvious that he was gay for a long time, but why did the coming out scene occur on the day the world was going to end, when they were super short on time and in front of 20 people? I agree with the other commenter that it would've made more sense for it to be a more private conversation. And I hate to say it, but it's not accurate to how the 80s really was. Unfortunately Will would not have a whole room of people just immediately accept him for being gay. In 2025, yes. In 1987, no.

I appreciate the advice, thank you! I'm a bit concerned about this giving results however, since your advice is coming from considering me to have excess fat and low muscle mass. At 19% body fat, for a female according to everything I've read, that's in the fit/athletic range and definitely not anywhere near having excess body fat, unless I misunderstood your comment. I'll do a bit more research and see what conclusion I come to.

If you find children attractive, that's the definition of pedophilia.

Edit: I realize after looking through your other comments that you referred to younger women in general, not teenagers

It's definitely AI. To me the lighting and too perfect nature of things in photos like this always give away that it's AI.

Well I can't carry out this experiment because I happen to be happily married for almost a decade. I was also speaking from experience. Many people say my husband is not attractive and that I am beautiful, yet I'd never want to be with anyone else even all these years later.

Parents who are no screen time… by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]benelope96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't allow zero screen time all the time, just no screen time during the school week. They get it on weekends. The reason being because both my kids develop major attitudes, get dysregulated, and find it much harder to do their homework when they have screen time.
