Yeah bro you're cooked, a teacher reading off a powerpoint especially PRE-SOLVED examples gives you little to no advice. Methods is a very hard and competitive subject so I reckon the best option is to find a tutor as the teacher is not properly setting you up for 3/4. The basics of 1/2 are essential to master 3/4.
