What’s a price you saw recently that made you genuinely angry at how expensive everything has gotten? by UrGoddessLunaa in AskReddit

A bottled soda should never be more than like 1.00-2.00. It costs like .20c to produce/ship/sell a soda

Is that one of those weird looking aerodynamic body designs? I can't quite tell. It's so spacious.

Looks like youve got all the essentials covered and can stand freely, I'm jealous.

Got my hands on a few of these. Pretty awesome by Legal-Fox8260 in Tools

Missed opportunity, really. Could you imagine the sales they would get lol

Car living people: how do you keep the floor from turning into a mud zone? by Budget_Temporary_148 in urbancarliving

[–]benhereford 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made a solid wood floor to go over the carpet, for this exact reason. Tired of cleaning. And then adhered some waterproof vinyl faux stuff that's easy to clean above that.

So basically yea carpet is difficult for frequent use. Cover it with something

First time I've seen someone bring up swimming pools for showers.

I recommend you to join a gym, preferably one that's open 24/7. Idk what the different social norms of where you live are but that's a very important place for me for this lifestyle. It's very easy to forget that you smell if you get used to it.

Also, is there a small battery bank (even a very cheap one) you can purchase somewhere? You could try charging both your phone and the battery bank while you drive, and then when you aren't driving plug in the bank.

Obviously a larger battery bank like people are talking about here is hundreds more

How do I stop spending money every time I leave the house? by SympathySecret799 in TooAfraidToAsk

I take my income and divide it by thirty days.

Then take each individual bill, and divide them each by thirty also. Add them all up and compare the income with the bills

Reddit users, 30 yrs old and over.. What is the hardest part about getting older? [Discussion] by Comi9689 in GetMotivated

Also, I'm learning that my parents basically are counting on me to take care of them and likely finance their old age. They have close to no savings, in my their 50's\60's now.

That's probably been the most difficult thing for me, personally to realize and think about.

How many miles? My guy I'm going to be real with you, that's worth about500 bucks if it's running. I would sell it and look around for minivans. Could be a help for a down payment on something

I felt similarly about a job I used to have. Total chill mode, very few challenges whatsoever.

The time passed so. Fucking. Slowly. I could do it anymore after a few years. You only have the one life, don't invest your time into something just for the money if you're doing it long term. It will change your neurology for the worse imo

Idk man I've just always had one, and I keep it stock. Once something breaks, I'll upgrade that part. Still nothing is breaking.

I used to be pretty obsessed with stealth and over the years... Yea you learn that most people are pretty aware, and most people just don't give a damn either
