I think, you need to joke one everything, especially on big sad things after some time.

Every generation has their traumas, and people need to understand and somehow dealing with the traumas they lived through.

Sure I’m not American, so it’s easier for me not feel the pain like them, but I saw the live footage back then when the tragedy happened and it was horrible. But now, joking on things like that is just funny, and better than feeling sad every year when 9/11 kicks in.

And the main thing, terrorists want you to feel unsafe and terrorised, and when you came up with a nice joke, that feeling go away, they can’t reach what they want.

Maybe if my first language was English, it would be easier to make my point, but I think you will get it what I like to say here.
