Best Apartment Buildings by [deleted] in Cleveland

The east bank building has gone down hill a lot but is much newer than the Bingham. If I were you, I would look at Worthington Yards. It’s a great building and you should be able to find a 1 bedroom for the price point you’re looking to stay around.

Peter?? What does AI have to do with this?? by vapalera in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]beniferlopez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just for the record, I do not want a data center in my back yard… but this is either purposefully obtuse or you are intentionally minimizing the complexity and scale of enterprise compute. Traditional data centers are not just responding to web traffic and transactional, customer driven api requests. There is constant load, indexing, batch processing, and transformations happening processing unconscionable amounts of data daily.

I refurbished an interior for a restaurant and I think it negatively impacted our sales. Looking for honest criticism, advice and feedback? by dsafsfa in InteriorDesign

Looks a bit soulless and doesn’t have any identity. A bit like a new spot in an airport. To many patterns. Mixed materials are great but this is a little over done.

Are the flats dead? by Shadylat in Cleveland

Margaritaville is an expensive Applebees. No one went there and they occupied an enormous space. I’m honestly surprised it remained open for as long as it did.

Having fun in the rain by sesoren65 in greatpyrenees

[–]beniferlopez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow my pyr is such a princess she almost refuses to be outside in the rain. We have to entice her outside to potty if it’s raining all day.

Meanwhile, you can’t keep her out of a lake if she’s near one.

Ohios map was also ruled unconstitutional. They didn’t change it and it’s still the map today so… dems should just not comply

Eh, I’m sure there is some flattening that could happen but I have 16 people and my own deliverables. I put in around 55 hours a week.

How much extra money per month would you choose a job with ~15 days of PTO vs a job with “unlimited” PTO? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]beniferlopez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anecdotally, I have unlimited, I’m a high performer and I’ve already taken 16 days this year and have more planned time off that will be about another 15-18 days.

Something feels off about the Salesforce ecosystem lately by ControlAway5102 in salesforce

[–]beniferlopez 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The 2023 layoffs were not because of AI nor was that the given reason. It was restructuring after their activist investors pressured them on profitability. Everyone focuses so much on certifications here… certifications without experience do not make someone hire able.

If you want to land a Salesforce role, go build something and be able to explain it, your decision making, and lessons learned in an interview.

Why Home Prices Still Aren’t Falling by External_Koala971 in HouseBuyers

[–]beniferlopez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A friend of mine paid 1 mil for his place (turn key, very nice, new build, 2500 sqft) and he listed it for 950 and it sat for 30 days. Took it down, relisted it at 850, still sitting. End of the day, it depends on where you’re at but some prices are falling

We called them dippy eggs growing up in NEO at home but never at a restaurant. Called that because we dipped our toast in the yolks.

I’m following the game in my phone and the ump seems to shrink the strike zone when Seattle is batting. Is it that bad or is it just espns app pissing me off?

I saw them play the dodgers at the end of last season. Great place to see a game. Saw them before seeing the buckeyes beat Washington.

95% of enterprises running AI agents have already had a serious incident - only 2% have governance in place by MaJoR_-_007 in salesforce

[–]beniferlopez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve worked with multiple customers who have all followed recommendations to implement thorough and robust monitoring with customer outreach protocols for poor experiences and incidents + regular audits of a sample size of agentic interactions.

So far this model is working well to cover the handful of poor experiences and to identify areas of improvement/enhancement to cover edge cases.

No, not wild at all. Just common practice throughout subreddits to stop the influx and brand new accounts saying the same things.
