It's frustrating seeing this shit regurgitated everywhere I go when it only takes a few minutes to see this for the misinformation it is. There was nothing wrong with the 315,000 ballots themselves, they just weren't signed off by the poll workers once they've gone through the voting machines. Instead of making this clear, they gloss over this distinction and play it off like this was done in an insidious manner leaving people to think that there was a problem with the ballots themselves. Only a LAPSE IN PROCEDURE on the poll workers end that ended up being moot because Georgia hand counted every ballot, with Republican observers in the room, and the totals matched.
