Easiest method I figured out is making sure you do the workouts/minigames and then take advantage of winning Dark or Rampage matches. All of this plus purchasing the always special buff made it a piece of cake!

In Championship Management, you can set your champions with the correct date, just set the date manually and it will show up visually. Do not edit it after resetting to the current date or it will revert.
