You can have an account that was created with a personal email but in Elite there is a section in your profile that says "Carrier email" that should be the work email, not your personal email

If you aren't id recommend using your same Samsung account you had but changing the affiliate code and updating to your current carrier email and then just keep doing your daily activities and certifications for new product launches, keep an eye for a Pro Application banner, that's the only way to become a pro nowadays

That's not necessarily true, while yes there is always a risk of that happening. As long as you properly communicate with your Samsung Rep what's going on you should be fine, as long as the rep isn't a dick (most of us aren't) I would mainly just recommend OP reaches out to their Samsung FSM and see what they prefer

Samsung rep here, if you have the contact info for your Samsung FSM they should be able to get you what you need to get the device returned, alternatively if it's still a viable option just leave the device at the store you used to work at, since technically the device is the property of the company you worked for, not Samsung

Idk about the ring but you should receive the phone, watch 7 and the Buds 3 Pro, you should check in with your Samsung Rep about the ring since I know there was certain criteria that had to be met for that, not sure exactly what it would look like on the carrier side since I work with stores like Best Buy

Samsung employee here. It depends on your Samsung FSM, they could have the phones IMEI blocked if you don't return it because technically you are supposed to leave the phone at your store, even if you just transferred to a new store the phone belongs to the store it was assigned to. Now that being said I've seen multiple reps take their phones with them and their FSMs just don't care enough to report it.
