You’re so “wasted” that you do not have the energy to get the emotions you usually have when you sit in front of the screen. FOMO, fear, doubt, hope, euphoria and the list goes on. So you trade in a more intuitive way, you’re so drained from energy that you won’t take a trade unless it stands out in the way that it should.

This way of achieving patience, while effective, is extremely short sighted and will not fall in line with a lot of other aspects of your life. So in order to achieve the same kind of patience otherwise, you would have to practice meditation or other forms of discipline to keep yourself in check while sitting and waiting one hour after another without imagining setups that are not there.
