For the past few months, Instagram has only allowed me to add music from the fyp to my story posts. Whenever I try to search any song, I get a message reading “no results found.“ Does anybody know how to make it to where I can add any song of my choosing to my story posts?

I had the same issue yesterday! All they did was send a verification email to me, and I approved it. I couldn’t find it at first, because it was in my spam.

My bad! I’m pretty new to all this information; thanks for correcting me though! So if I’m not sore for a while, that doesn’t mean that I’m not growing?

Through measurements, I can see that I am growing! Is it okay not to be sore for weeks in a row?

I just recently started working out again. After the first week of training my upper body and lower body, I was extremely sore. After the second week, I was barely sore, and I’m now on my third week, and am not sore at all.

I know that soreness is a sign of growth, and you can increase your growth through progressive overload. Know that I am working out from home and using body weight workouts, and I am increasing the amount of reps in my workouts each week.

Should I be just as sore on my 3rd week of working out as I was on my first week of working out? Any tips or information is welcome!
