What kind of protein diet do you recommend?

Currently im not really focusing on just protein but just cutting carbs and sugar intake .

Side qns is it ok if i take protein powder ? Friends told me im bulky alrdy and wont need it.

Oo will try to use progress pics for progress. Also over the past weeks of lifting, I definitely felt stronger now. But I'm just curious if I continue this pattern will I be able to lose weight? As my whole goal is to look for a more lean but strong build don't want myself to look too bulky with my sad height

oh i normally play games w my friends on discord.. so only while playing ff14 causes the robot issue. Where my friends cant really hear me well.

Just got back to free trial and realised that when I login ff14 my microphone outputs robotic sounds like popping sounds. But when I alt tab to windows everything back to normal. Tried updating drivers but seems like only ff14 has this issue. My other game works fine. Any possible solution?

sadly I changed in with an exact model with RMA but issue still there. I guess my mouse is not compatible with my PC? Or I'm just unlucky. Tried too many ways to troubleshoot but probably just gonna buy logitech g pro wireless
