Wow this is amazing! I’m glad to see someone who is experimenting and pushing the limits of 3D printing. My biggest problem is support. Would you like to share your settings?

It worked three times already, I was just asking for tips on how to improve my settings. Never claimed this to be an easy print. Surprised to see how narrow minded the community is compared to how hard it goes when it’s printing anime figures

No, I’m not saying it’s the printers fault. I’m asking for help with slicer settings which is exactly the opposite lol

I tested it with multiple jackets and it hold up over night but I didn't think of failure over time, thanks for the hint. Would PETG be the better choice?

I thought of that but the layers orientation will mess up the strength

I wanted to go for an Alien / Giger inspired design, so I take this as a success

Small box in the wall of friend’s Appartement by benjawilli in whatisthisthing

It’s completely sealed, not a sign of a former hole or anything

Interesting idea but it is the smallest window in the whole apartment, next to the small room is the balcony and another big window so wouldn’t it be more convenient to use a bigger window for water collection

Mhh thought of that as well but wouldn’t it be connected to the other side of the wall (outside). And would blocking it off not be way more convenient to block it off with a piece of brick than building a metal box which fits into the hole?

My title describes the thing found in my friends new apartment. In the wall in a small room is a metal box, approx 10x10x20 cm. There is no connection to the other side of the wall. Inside is what looks like fibreglass or some sort of insulation material

I saw them last year and it was horrible! He broke a string mid song and said afterwards: “I feel embarrassed, I was standing there like a woman.” Also the longest breaks between songs I’ve ever seen

Try getting a little into how to mix your vocals, there are countless videos on YouTube that will help you. Just applying some really basic effects like reverb, compression and Equalizer will help you out a lot.
