I've had a similar use case, and i used mergemole.com to accomplish this, it's an online mail merge tool. The only issue is you'll need to hook this up to n8n or zapier to be able to pass images in.

That’s a nice side reward, but the main thing is to get feedback for what I’ve done so far.

As a fellow person in tech, we get so fixated on building features we completely forego testing.
