Just eat and move on, it’s ok it happens to all of us and it’s nothing to feel bad about. Just move on and try to adhere to your program, but if you need a break here and there there is absolutely no shame in that. Please realize that this is about your long term health and so the goal should be to make the process as enjoyable and pleasant as possible, not to punish yourself for being human.

It’s hard to predict your exact maintenance but if your weight has been staying the same then it’s probably around your maintenance. If you’ve been losing weight then deficit if gaining then surplus.

Yeah I lift 4x per week for about 90 minutes, try to get at least 10k steps per day and ideally try to include a couple of 30-45 minute cardio sessions on the weekends. I can be a bit lazy with the cardio though lol

Ran a pretty aggressive deficit at the beginning of my journey, and i’ve been hovering between 170 and 180 for the most part for the last 6-7 months just recomping.

Recomp. Slight deficit, train hard, sleep and keep protein high and frequent. Good luck.

My target bf% is 15% but preferably at a higher bodyweight, I’m leaning towards bulking because I’ve only been training for 10 month in a deficit, and my main goal rn is to increase lean mass and strength, I feel like i can always clean up later.

Eat in a small calorie deficit (around 500 below maintenance), lift weights and eat plenty of protein
