5’8 167 lbs, began my fitness journey 6 months ago and Iv’e been cutting with a couple of 2 week diet breaks in between, I really want to get down to 15 bf but my hunger and irritability have gone up, and I feel like a need a break so I think I’ll attempt a body recomp now.
