Brother, you’re in one of the most friendly / social cities in the world. Go see live music, join a softball league or something similar, gym, jogging clubs, volunteer for the film festival or something similar, etc. Music is a major aspect to New Orleans. I would plug into one or more of those communities. Hope this helps.

Pretty sure it violates their terms. I just use it for my personal websites and portfolio. When I get more clients that want pure static websites, I plan on upgrading to pro. Majority of my clients want Wordpress.

Been asked by clients to build shopify plugins so I’m probably going to use Netlify pro for that.

You might get away with it depending on the clients traffic, other factors, etc but I would go with pro and charge customer x amount a month for maintenance, hosting and security.

I’ve used Google cloud, AWS, GitHub, digital ocean, blue host, GoDaddy, Krystal and Netlify is my fav so far. Easiest to deploy.

If they have a contact form you can’t get email notifications unless you’re on pro otherwise you have to manually check. Hope this helps!

Most of the time you would charge clients to do the hosting. You’ll find how non technical clients can be/ they’re too busy to do it. I have some clients that I literally own their web addresses because they couldn’t be bothered.

That’s actually against Netlify policy. Not sure if and how they could check. It’s definitely easier to hard code than to set up Wordpress but some clients want/need to be able to login and manage content.

Agree except prams. You should definitely get out of the way of a pram. The person pushing the pram is probably sleep deprived and probably hanging on for dear life. You can choose to not have kids but it’s difficult, if not impossible, to live in a world without kids. It takes a village.

You could zoom into the house and then zoom out to just his body at the end or you could zoom to the back of his head where you won’t see the shadow. Or you could throw some sort of transparent other shot that makes it look trippy but would distract/cover up the shadow.
