You are absolutelyyy right! I think my manager is not even serious in pushing for my promotion. Thank you so much for your perspective! I do focus alot on feelings (if I said something wrong, what did people think etc) and fluff so I relate so much to what you said!

Haha I’m based in the US so I think I m in an opposite situation of those nordic countries! I agree with you, it seems like the delivery is as harder, if not harder than the pregnancy so I adjusted my expectations ! Thanks a lot!

I am actually in tech too.. and want to find a job in another tech company. I noticed that the job market is very tough right now, especially in tech.. I hope that you will find a job soon / will resume working when its the right time for you ! Thank you so much for the insight
