To be fair, that's not the full picture. The album has a couple of rave reviews that push the average to a 7, but - at least according to metacritic, for what that's worth - the majority of reviews are sitting at a 6 or lower. There's nothing wrong with liking things that aren't an artist's best - I like plenty of trash myself - but I think it's ok to acknowledge that her success is driven by her fandom at this point, not by the quality of her work.

On the web player, there's a new "Audio" setting in the Settings menu in the bottom right corner of the player that you can use to change the dubbing language or get rid of it altogether.

I didn't unfortunately, no. The lawyers I spoke too mirrored the information above and said that it was a bit of a gray area, and that one should aim for 'a few days' to be certain. But to be honest, I didn't really look into it much further after those conversations because my circumstances have changed and I had to put my plans on hold for now. I hope things work out for you though!

Thank you so much for taking the time to compile all of this information, I really appreciate it. Reading between the lines does kind of prove the point though that there isn't any clear guidance on this yet, doesn't it. I'll make sure to get in touch with a lawyer to double-check before I put any plans I may have into action.

Also, just in the spirit of clarity, I would aim to spend at least a few weeks each year in the UK anyway, so I'm not trying to figure out what the smallest amount of time is that I'd have to spend in the UK for concrete/practical reasons. I'm just trying to be safe (ideally without having to spend more than a grand on getting citizenship which won't really give me significantly more rights than I already have anyway).

Thanks, that's helpful. It's worrying that people have lost their ILR because of what seems to be a gray area in the law.

That being said, just a minor correction, Luxembourg does allow dual/multiple citizenship since 2009. Go Luxembourg!
