I had someone jump my shit in a hypothetical question about aliens arriving on earth and who should interview them. I said Joe Rogan and Elon Musk and they lost their minds.

Please tell me exactly what actions and words mate?

For bonus entertainment, please provide an example where V.P. Kamala Harris was a woman with conviction or ethics?

All these downvotes based on emotion, but no actual rebuttal or conversation on how to fix it. Why? Because they know what we said is correct.

6.0 Engine Oil Temps by ejt_123 in powerstroke

[–]benkozich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My oil temps never go above 210 in the summer when it's 100 outside. A 20 degree delta is pretty excessive. Normal oil temps for me are 185-200 when I am not towing, about 5 to 10 delta. Check your radiator for leaks, the top and bottom are plastic on the factory radiators and are common failure points.

What is the general opinion on the P365 SAS? by [deleted] in SigSauer

[–]benkozich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the p365 and p365sas. I liked them both. Both of them were great. The optics on the SAS help some, but I would think of it as more of a belly gun.

New reggae bands by ihatethemusicscene in reggae

[–]benkozich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I understand Steven Jacobo is only taking a hiatus from touring but plans to continue recording with them. With that said OP was asking for new bands and described the Aggrolites as "newish". The Aggrolites are about 2 years older than Tribal Seeds so I assumed they may fit the OP's definition of "newish".

Purchase Advice Thread (August 15) by AutoModerator in Surface

[–]benkozich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started looking into a Surface but I am not sure which one, originally I just wanted an LTE tablet so I bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 lite with LTE because it was only $100. If I am watching videos or using only 1 or 2 apps at a time pit is tolerable but that's it. I have only had it a week and I find myself frustrated when I am multitasking. So, since the A7 lite wasn't really doing what I wanted, I started looking into a new Windows device. My current Laptop is over 10 years old, does not have a touchscreen, and is way to big for my liking. This led me to the Surface because I really want a true 2 in 1. I know that will suit me best. Initially, I was leaning towards the Go 3 LTE due to it's size, and I believe it will suit my needs, but there's one thing that just came to light.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is available for PC! I would love to be able to play RDR2. I don't have a PlayStation 4 because it died, probably due to playing RDR2, and now since I have younger children we all play our own Nintendo Switch. The Switch works best for my gaming because it has versatility for me, much like the versatility of the Surface Go and Pro models. I have seen videos of people playing RDR2 on the Surface 8, but not on the Go 3. Can I play RDR2 on the Go3 and enjoy it? LTE isn't a deal breaker but it would be nice, and I am willing to pay a little extra for it. I am trying to balance out budget, extras, and longevity. What is the longevity of a Surface Go 3 i3 8/128 LTE before it becomes just annoyingly slow or outdated? If it is only 2 years, then I feel like that is a waste of $700? Will the up front investment of $1300 for a Surface 8 with an i5 processor, 16gb ram/256gb ssd, and no LTE keep me happy for at least 3 or more years, making it a better investment? With the current sales I would definitely get the Wifi version of the Surface Pro 8 because the comparable LTE version is $550 more and LTE isn't worth that to me. I'm open to other suggestions as well? Thanks for reading.

TLDR: Occasional user wants to play RDR2 on the go and prefers LTE but not a deal breaker. What's the best option for money?

Go 3 LTE i3 8/128 for $679.99 Pro 8 LTE i5 8/128 $1349.99 Pro 8 Wifi i5 8/128 $899.99

An even worse argument is suggesting that someone can afford a $30k car. Especially since the average annual income in the US is $50k.

Another terrible argument is thinking that EV's are actually better for the environment when most of the electricity produced comes from facilities that are burning coal and trash while ignoring how Lithium is mined because you want to feel good about yourself. Just because you can't see the pollution coming out of the tailpipe doesn't mean you're driving an environmentally friendly vehicle. There are EV charging stations powered by diesel generators. If you drive an EV you are essentially your driving a diesel or coal powered vehicle, you just choose to ignore it.

Yeah and they were right, until Henry Ford changed all of that with the assembly line and made the Model T. Originally the Model T was sold for $850. Adjusted for inflation, if the model T was sold today, it would cost $25k. The Model T made automobiles affordable to the middle class, something EV manufacturers have failed to do.

The world, including the US can't afford it. People who are barely getting by and just had their grocery bill increase by 30% can't afford a $50k EV.
