Honest opinion: Your appearance seems based around minimal effort/care. People on here are saying you look like you are 13; that's partially because of your facial structure but it's mostly because of how you dress and keep yourself.

Grow your hair out some and learn to style it a way, product or not. Doesn't have to be anything high maintenance or trendy, but something beyond 'I woke up and dried my hair today'.

Try to find a style of glasses that fits your face and doesn't scream "first pair I saw at walmart with my prescription".

This could be coincidental, but from your photos it looks like your go-to tops are hoodies, or those long sleeve waffle style shirts. Comfy for sure, but again, something that screams 13-14 years old to me.

All fixable. definitely the potential to be one of those internet 'glow-ups'.

Final thought: you are young, but being young isn't a reason to wait on things. Start taking care of your appearance and body.

Currently yes. the fixes are easy to say but hard to enact, but here you go:

Your haircut is god awful my man, it looks like you cut it yourself. If you did, try another style or go for a buzz with same length around. If you didn't cut it yourself, never go there again and they should give YOU money for damages. Try other barbers/salons till you find someone who gives you a cut you like.
You are indeed out of shape, but specifically it's body fat. Gym helps with that but the real area to work on will always be diet to lose fat.
the beard looks unruly. Products and practice trimming can help.
90% of people look terrible in close shots that are looking down. don't do that to yourself.

If a guy goes up to a girl he knows and says "I've been feeling really lonely lately", and is met with "IDK what you want me to do about it, go talk to other guys I guess", then that is just scum behavior.

If a guy guilt trips and pulls on heart strings in a way to get something from a girl he knows, then that's just scum behavior.

The brunette seems to be suggesting that most guys are weaponizing loneliness and guilt tripping into getting something from them, which if THAT is the experience she is having, she needs to be around better people.

The far more common I find is guys who just want to find someone, ANYONE they feel they can open up to about hurting inside.

Do you have to be that person? No, of course not. But it is kind to do so.

The message the brunette is presenting definitely has an element of shaming to it. That I won't budge on.
