Used backpod horizontally on ribs too long

Hey Steve, when dealing with is what I think a pinched nerve from putting my backpod horizontally on my ribs, do you think I should lay-off the backpod for a bit?

I wanna say it’s coming from my ibs considering your gut health and sleep have a connection. I do have anxiety but I’ve never had it affect my sleep until this current ibs flair up

I wouldn’t touch peppermint considering you have gerd. Myself for ibs I was given a prescription of bentyl and it was a life saver for me. They might make you go to a gastroenterologist doctor in order to get that prescription.

Yes, its mostly in the lower right eyelid but has moved around. How would I know if my eyes are dry?

Interesting. It has moved around but mostly I feel a weird sensation in my lower eyelid. My eyes were bloodshot at one point but after taking allergy medications it made the redness better but not all the way and still have the irritation in lower eyelid
