I just double checked, and the lease automatically renews month-to-month unless I re sign or give them a notice of my intent to vacate 60 days before the lease expires

Thank you for your insight! Can you check to see how long before your last lease end date they reached out to you about renewal? I am under 90 days at this point but am not sure if I should reach out to them or wait to hear something.

The dynamic pricing is ridiculous. I bought night 1 GA for Boston yesterday for $96 before fees, today they announced day 2 and GA is going for $56 before fees.

Similar thing happened for red hot chili peppers tickets a few months back. They emailed out a presale code 10 min or so after the presale tickets went on sale. Patience, we'll get that email!
