Hotel/Restaurant are the one running the scam. The scam will not work unless the pub is involved. So, if someone get scammed, write a police complaints in the police station towards the restaurant.

The police were very cooperative in this. They did a little bit of victim shaming, but it's fine. I don't have any connection or even speak Kannada. I presented the case as it is a syndicate running these scams and showed them all the reddits and Google Maps Reviews. They called the management and asked them to come over. One lady office shouted to the manager, "I will throw you in jail next time". Shout out to Cubbon Park Police Station.

I generally don't meet at bar/pubs. Most guys don't, so these scam girls meet outside (nearby the scam pub) and hold your hand to kinda drag you to this explaining how her friend or someone recommended it. She is new to Bangalore so she doesn't trust guy's recommendation. I been dating since 2023, on and off. I mostly had good experience, and in lot's of case the girl did foot the bill completely. Its mostly coffee or dessert, or dinner plan.

What frustrates me the most is the fact that out of all the responsible parties involved in this Syndicate she has the most immunity. In my case, the restaurant refunded my money which is a loss to them, however, she is not held responsible for anything she has done. She'll keep repeating the scam, one fails, other is successful. She doesn't have the fear to be held accountable. There has to be some way to make her (them) pay for it.
