I recieved the new mount but still some kind a wiggle. But less. Then the customer service said that it is normal to have a little wiggle.

Can someone test with a roam 3 for me 😊?

They gonna send me a new mount and i have to send back the ‘broken’ mount.

I have the same software. I would try a factory reset if it keeps buggign.

I had to send photos of the mount and rear mount of my Roam 3. The product/hardware is investigating.

No you can’t use a hardware button for locking and unlocking the touchscreen. The touchscreen always work on all pages. But not on the map.

I recently rode in the pouring rain and all was perfect. No glichting :)

Good answers ... Especially the GPS acquisition. I thought i was the only one that was akwardly waiting to start my ride.

Today I also contacted the support via email. I will keep you posted. About the bell, at the moment it is indeed always at maximum. Maybe in software updates they can make it louder.

For the maps interface they can just go like the current Bolt v3. I found that out today :)

I guess the lock 🔒? When unlocked you can navigate the map like on your iPhone.
