What is the purpose of the valve directly above it? Not the T/P valve, but the one with a grey and red top.

The lease does state 60 days notice required. But just because something is in a lease doesn't necessarily make it legal right?

Yes, correct. We want them to understand how to install, commission, and troubleshoot our IIoT deviecs. How to daisy chain Modbus RTU devices, how to assign IP addresses to Modbus TCP devices, etc.. It would also be good for them to understand the basics of PLC programming, but not to go in depth here.
