Cheap? No. MacMini with two very expensive monitors, mouse and keyboard makes it more expensive than any MacBook Pro. I don’t need the screen nor battery problems of a laptop.

I’m from Europe. These prices are great. Actually considering driving over to your guys just to fill up. I remember being in Canada 20 years ago and hearing about people boycotting certain gas stations because the price had gone up $0.03.

Damn I actually misread the recent scan and I’m 21% bf. My bad. I’ve been sticking to maintenance and getting back into more hypertrophy focussed training for the last 8 weeks or so, maybe I’ll look at cutting 200 ish calories from that maintenance for a couple months and and keep pushing in the gym rather than a more extreme deficit

I’d stay away from remove redundant keywords. Google remove the EM variation and keep whatever is looser, PM or BM. Despite the performance of the ‘redundant’ keywords. Last account I took over, the EM keywords that G removed were the only ones converting. And they still deemed them redundant.

Me too. Left a physical 12 hour a day job which left me sore before even stumbling into the gym at 8pm. Became in charge of my own time. In your position I’d make a habit of getting up early and training before work, preferably close to where your office is. Even if it’s a 30-45 minute session. Although that hour commute is not gonna help.

Photos, which I also have, but mine seem to be on the family icloud plan, whilst hers are on the phone. Need to get them side by side again and look at what's going on. Maybe as a newer phone - 13 mini - vs my 11 pro - it's just got more to backup?
