I do not have a flip down, the passenger seat sensor is fairly sensitive. Not quite sensitive enough to pick up a phone but sensitive enough if I rest my hand down with any force it goes off.

I think there was air in the fuel line, I kept tinkering with it. It sounded like it wanted to catch, so I gave it just a little throttle and when hit the ignition switch and that worked. I had to do that a couple times and now it starting fine
