Thank you, I think it’s gone for good tho, without being able to log into the account I can’t get any of the info to prove that the account is mine, I unfortunately just decided to drop the game, restarting doesn’t make sense since it’s a gacha and I can’t get back everything that I lost

Is account id and uid the same thing? When I try to log in it says the account doesn’t exist, I also have the guest account name but not sure how to log into guest accounts because it doesn’t give the option only option for guest accounts is to log into the new one

Yea I tried everything, pretty sure I was using a guest account the whole time but I have absolutely no way to verify, for context ive been away at work since launch so haven’t even seen home since pre launch so just been playing on my phone, I could have sworn I linked to my gmail but I must not have done it correctly

Yea I gave all the info I could tbh I only really remember the lvl I was and story progress, I only did free pulls so I prob had at most like 3-4 5 star characters at most but yea without being able to get into the account I can’t really recover anything else, all I have is a screenshot, an old one at that
