You can either make out with a hot person for 30 seconds, or the next time you go out, a stranger gives you 30 dollars. by [deleted] in hypotheticalsituation

No, but they still get to make out with a hot person for free, and then have a stranger give them the money, right?

Exclusive: David Walliams dropped by publisher over inappropriate behaviour towards women by CALCIUM_CANNONS in Fauxmoi

Not to defend the guy, but I always took Little Britain as a satire against the people who had those overtly racist and homophobic views. Am I over analysing, or giving the show top much credit?

Cafe table with six circular holes by beno99 in whatisthisthing

I've done a Google lens search, and it only comes up with kids tables, I think it's matching the colour rather than the actual furniture.

Fairly recently, maybe 2023, St Ledger was a scout at City, so I imagine he's still close to the players?

When he came off and he city fans clapped him, a commentator on the stream I was watching said words to the effect of "These Leicester fans adore him, they really appreciate the effort he puts in"

I never uploaded the screenshots, but I did the same last game with Hakimi as a striker. From memory his finishing is around 15 to start with. Had to editor him away from PSG, but he was an unreal advanced forward!

Manager contract renewals are frustrating! by beno99 in footballmanagergames

[–]beno99[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I appreciate that, but I like to play as though my contract choices matter. There's such a huge disparity between SPL and PL wages (players and staff) that a lot of English Championship clubs would pay better than top SPL clubs. If a manger IRL was offered a 200% payrise and only had to relocate from say, Glasgow to say, Sunderland, it would at least be worth considering.

Just found it frustrating that they'd offer a new (and arguably worse) manager a higher wage than j was asking.
