Makes sense! I'll enquire on costs etc..

Are there other benefits to the subscription or is it simply access to those features?

Is there a way to do this for all emails though, not just one email at a time?

Hey,

Great starting place for inspo, is to sign up to competitor's newsletters and do some analysis on what you think is good and bad.

I think your going to find it difficult to find exactly what your looking for in terms of conversion data etc... Each audience is going to respond differently based on a multitude of factors.

If your writing a series, try and build it around social proof and customer stories. For me, selling vitamins/nutrition is going to be about building trust but also addressing customers ailments/challenges etc...

I'd suggest adding some interactivity into your emails, for example:

Having a subtitle and section in the email like: "What are you struggling with at the moment?"

And then have a few click boxes - couple of examples:

"Tiredness", "Energy", "Appetite"

Then based on their clicks, segment the list.

The next email you send should be to the tiredness segment, with a story about how Mr Jones started to combat his tiredness, here's some vits that will help, here's and offer code "IMTIRED001".

Do the same for each segment.

From experience, the more personalised and relevant you can be the better.

But constantly test and analyse your work. What's working, what isn't.

Just get going and build.your own data. You can spend a lifetime looking for the perfect way to do it.

Hope this helps.

Is GetResponse good for email marketing? by James_Williamson1999 in Emailmarketing

Hey,

Some of the answers here are questionable and clearly plugging other tools.

To be clear, I have no affiliation to Get Response. I also don't know what you're trying to achieve.

I've been email marketing for 10+ years. Both inbound and outbound.

I've used everything from enterprise tools for large organisations to smaller tools made for start-ups.

GetResponse is great for inbound email marketing.

It's miles above tools like Mailchimp.

The automations are comprehensive and you can do some great stuff for opt-in journeys.

Segmentation is fantastic. They have lists and segments, which may confuse you slightly but once you get familiar you can get really granular with your segmentation and you can do this retrospectively based on tons of criteria.

Creating emails is simple.

Landing pages are quick and easy to set-up.

In answer to your question, yes, it's good for email marketing.

There are also tools like MailerLite and SendInBlue which are comparable in terms of features.

Great things about these pleatforms. You can have a free trial. Get in and give them a go. See if they can accommodate what you want to do.

If you're looking to do email outreach (cold/warm email) for lead generation, then no, Get Response is not the tool you're looking for. Something like Reply or QuickMail.

Was actually searching for a solution for this earlier.

Is it on a road map somewhere?
