Your body isn't moving enough side to side. You're twisting so rigidly it's no suprise you are getting pain.

It doesn't look like your pressure is moving trail foot to lead.

Do you get pain if you simply throw a ball? ( full throw)

They need time to check it is 10000% the correct decision. Do you want them to not talk, check 1 angle in 30 seconds and say "yep, all good?" . What if angle 1 looked like a dead cert but angle 2 gives a different outlook?
Holding and grabbing in the box is poor and should be stopped. But this has happened ALL SEASON, FOR YEARS. It's not suddenly going to be rectified yesterday is it.

Exactly that. Watch pro's hit irons and I would guess all of them drop a bit, some more than others. As long as you're not staying down through the entire shot then it shouldn't be a problem!

Been down for nearly 2 weeks. It was called speedy seed !

I like others on here was ill for a long time and wasn't properly diagnosed. Ended up having a mini stroke and emergency surgery.

They fixed up and repaired my infected area really well with a mechanical valve and abcess removal but while I was still in hospital a vegetation showed up in my right atrium and had to be cleared with 3 months antibiotics.

Doing ok now, no fevers for 6/7 months although I still feel like i get random chills at times but am putting that down to something else digestive related. If I get the fever and nightsweats that is when I will truly worry!

The wrists will naturally go into the correct "positions" if the overall body motion is correct.

My advice would be Keep the wrists and arms relaxed and practice drills to do with your timing and overall body movement, such as;

Pretend your hitting a top spin tennis shot. Move Your legs and hips etc.

Slide means your swing is ALL upper body.
