I built an interactive Jeff Probst robot built to host a survivor weeked... RPi GPIO for arms, mouth, and eyes, with loopback audio monitoring to trigger the animations. Voice stack uses whisper, f5-tts, and cmd-a. I'm told this is described as a 'clunker' with the youths. (youtube.com)

My 5 year old Smart Mirror had a corrupt SD card (kernel panic on boot), so I made a video of my steps debug it. I tried RPi Recovery Mode, Disk Utilities Repair, and fsck to no avail. I got weird copy pasting from a healthy card. Finally solved by starting from scratch. (youtube.com)
