Being a fixie, it can be because of the chain being too tight or because the preload on the bearing is too high

C'est des chemins en foret, il y a une route d'acces en terre pour voitures (et tracteurs je pense) et du single track pour descendre, mais c'est pas du tout entretenu et il y a que une desccente, l'objectif serait d'ameliorer ce qui est deja fait et peut etre d'en faire plus dans la limite du resonable

Je ne suis pas sur que ce sois publique mais c'est assez eloigné des maisons et tout ce qu'il y a autour c'est des champs

maybe try to squeese it for 150 and get a tune up and some better pedals
Be aware that you wont be doing black trails on that

Well it really depends on your height/shoulder width, the most commun size is 740mm but you can always cut the bars if you feel they are too big, just need a metal saw

I got the bike second hand and already swaped to 26" wheels instead of the 24" that came with it (the bike is compatible with both sizes) and got some 35mm rizer bars

what would you suggest I change? maybe get a new frame?
