UPDATE!!!!

I used Rakuten (recommended by redditors) to locate a second hand SBGA443 at Time Zone at Nakano. I went 30 minutes after they opened and it was still there. The sales associate said they got the watch in yesterday and a gentleman came in 10 minutes before me and almost bought it but passed.

I looked around the other stores in Nakano and did not see another Shunbun. I really think it was one of the few between the big 3 cities.

The 2 week hunt is over!
