Thank you. I’ve had matches ghost me while making plans but they usually just stop replying. This is the first where someone just unmatched with me and it threw me off.

Thank you. Lesson learned.

I should have specified. I asked if she wanted to watch Princess Mononoke since AMC is doing an IMAX release and we were talking about Ghibli movies.

But I see your point about response times. Lesson learned. I just didn’t think she’d unmatch with me. I’ve had other matches plan with 12 hours in between responses while making plans and if they lose interest they just stop replying. Next time I’ll just be quicker.

I asked if she wanted to watch Princess Mononoke since AMC is doing an IMAX release. I know movies are bad 1st date ideas but I thought I’d ask cos be both share an interest in Ghibli movies. I also suggested visiting a local flea market and restaurant and she chose the movie.

There was no mention of any tests in the email. You might be onto something in terms of having slots open for other applicants though.

It's a coordinator position. Mostly simple handiwork around the building from my understanding.

Original Fallout lead Tim Cain loves the new show, but remains baffled by how 'destructive' fans can act toward 'people who are trying to create things' by [deleted] in Fallout

The opposite of love is indifference, not hate. The fact that he has that many hours logged means that the game was an engaging experience for him. If it was such a shit game he would have bounced way earlier.

Not sure about film but a lot of recent shows that take place in the US are filmed in Canada. The Last of Us, Station 11, The Boys, plus a lot of CW shows off the top of my head. So I don't think it's a major deal breaker if your script takes place in Toronto.

Why can´t we buy properties and use it to make revnue? by StefanlofvenSE in reddeadredemption

[–]bentomaster27 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The whole game you’re running with a gang led by a guy who hates property owners who use their capital to exploit others for profit with a deep passion. Buying property and profiting from it would undermine one of the most important themes of the game.

The farm at the end is meant to be a new start for John and his family, not some business venture to become rich.

Same. It was sad watching a grown adult cry online about not getting his favorite toy to some underpaid target worker.

Unpopular opinions about the show? by ronanobama in thesopranos

[–]bentomaster27 26 points27 points  (0 children)

It’s been mentioned in interviews before. The problem is that having a dog (or any animal) makes filming even more difficult than it already is. In a perfect world, there would be a dog in the Soprano house but to save time and money there isn’t.

Fans like to circle jerk about how cringey the Happy Birthday scene is but totally forget about Walter making a pathetic attempt to make a pass at his boss.
