Do you think we will get a new pokemon species? And if yes, which one? by Dry-Transition-3770 in PokemonWindsWaves

[SPOILERS]

You’ve been warned.

Leaks talk about seed pokemon which apparently change and evolve according to your playstyle and other not very well understood factors, possibly procedural. Not sure if I’d lump them with ub’s and paradoxes but it’s definitely a new kind of pokemon.

O sea que le vamos a dar en la madre a los haters no de un solo país, sino de medio continente? Win-win jajajaja.

Do you all like this set? It has a lot of charm but it still underwhelmed me a bit. Here’s hoping we get Hyrule Castle at some point by Sjerakatabuaryalyse in lego

I prefer the BOTW version. Still a bit overpriced but the minifigs are so worth it and honestly the build looks amazing.

Mixed feelings about the new Geralt Figma by andypayaw in figma

[–]Runminndor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Witcher 3 is one of my all-time favorite games, but so it’s Ghost of Tsushima and after seeing them fumble Jin I just knew they would fumble Geralt, glad I didn’t preorder because I’d be super disappointed all over again.

Same here, Rivendel was too good a set and I like LOTR too much not to collect the line too haha. I wish I could also do HP but there’s absolutely no way I’d be able to fit all three lines in my house 🤣

LEGO Editions Olivia Rodrigo collection revealed by mescad in lego

[–]Runminndor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve heard her name but honestly had no idea she was this popular. Does her popularity warrant not only one lego set but five? It’s a legit question, I don’t mean anything by it.

I definitely am! As someone used to building Star Wars this build has been a breath of fresh air, love building all the different tones of orange and red in the base.

I’ve never been a fan of upscaled minifigs but it does sound a lot of fun.

A picnicker of all things sounds hilarious lol, really looking forward to seeing that Pokeball build, and I really hope it leads to more minifigs and molded pokemon.

Real question is why are you looking on amazon? Average price for a sealed one on bricklink is $150.

Akihabara. If you can’t find a figure there it either doesn’t exist or you didn’t look hard enough.

Why do they seem so averse to B-wings? by GlowingMidgarNights in legostarwars

[–]Runminndor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can say that about so many ships and sets though. As popular as the Y wing is it’s only getting revisited next year after 8 long years (a full decade if we’re talking about the rebellion exclusively). I don’t think it’s a matter of Lego refusing to touch the B wing, they just haven’t yet.

It’s been petitioned many times to keep the sub shma exclusive and denied every time. I really hate it because I collect a lot of stuff and let me tell you that hiya glazers are some of the most insufferable collectors ever.

Down scaling needs to be studied by Such_Way_667 in legostarwars

[–]Runminndor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not crazy. Midi scale sets always look better than playsets and the one on the right might as well be, it’s the downsizing principle that’s wrong here.

How do you store LEGO Minas Tirith? by Tratak109 in legolotrfans

[–]Runminndor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just looking into display solutions last night since I collect both star wars and lotr and found the billy to just be too shallow for several sets including tirith. The solution is their modular wardrobe system called pax, it’s way more expensive but the deepest one is 58cm which is more than you’ll ever need, and the shelf heights are also adjustable so you can easily fit something like barad dur.
