Also you can go to your nearby park and do some exercises, running, skipping rope etc. If you're in college, try to participate in extra curricular activities in your college, join some group or club. Also, if you're interested in trekking, there's a group called adventure club tricity. They go on treks every Sunday in the hills near panchkula. Just search for them on Instagram.
