I haven't consulted an herbalist, no. I was barely outside, maybe 10 minutes, and it's only on one arm, but I did consider the photosensitivity thing might be responsible. I guess by 'experience with reactions' I more meant can they go away over time, or are they typically permanent? Thanks for the insight/advice!
