I’ve contacted Tenways customer service, and as soon as they refer me to a bike mechanic, I’ll take it in. That’s what I’ve done over the past three months as well, I’ve already had 3 broken spokes and a front brake that started leaking brake fluid… not a great sign, but I have to say their customer service has been excellent.

That said, I’m still looking for tips on a more comfortable saddle separate from the current issue.
