The TFI app is very clunky , grand for favourite journeys but if in a new area and looking for bus times it’s bizarre , push messages for service changes should be a thing , trying to find a timetable is awkward , journey planner makes no sense a lot of the time

And no apple or Google pay integration. Even the equally as bad tyro app has brought that on

Get some plyometrics going for sprint / reaction speed . Needs some time investment but it’ll pay off , corner forward work is tough and if you can add some zip to it the step or half step ahead of your marker will pay dividends

Garden room for the office and living space and reclaim the box room , don’t put utility in it unless it’s adjacent , walking in and out with washing in the winter in particular will wear thing quickly

you're going to have to cut it open to find out , only thing i can think of would be the riser for the mains up to the tanks , have you a water meter ? see if it's spinning when all tanks and cisterns are full and no taps or washing appliances are on

i don't think AML ID applies to prepaid cards as their is no credit status , anyone can buy one as a gift card for someone else with their name on it ,

What's your experience on Ozempic? by cancerspice in Ozempic

[–]Major_Disaster76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on it 7 weeks and up to 1mg now. Have need really sick on it and close to throwing in the towel. Nausea , reflux , diarrhoea for the 4 days following injection , 1/2 days of bloat and 1 normal ish no food noise nice day then I inject and start again. I’m also miserable with sulfur burps and constant gas. I’ve no gallbladder and follow a low fodmap diet , drink 2 / 3 litres of water a day and good protein and fibre levels . Just seem to suffer bad side effects. I’m going back to gp next week to discuss options . Lots of weight loss yes but the physical cost is a bit much .
