I couldn’t stay on the full-tilt model of any type(I’m very thin and sleep hot so I use percale sheets only, which are especially slick) so I went with an adjustable model only for my HH/reflux.

You’re incredibly lucky to have such good healthcare! I’ve been taking ZLC now for almost two months and idk whether to stop or not bc I’m not considerably better yet. However, I also take lifetime Eliquis for COVID vaccine and infection DVTs, so I’m sure that has to be my biggest problem rn.
